Today’s challenge is going to be hot, and when I say hot I mean heat, like the sun coming down and touching the Earth, and based on my weeks of weather watching and app browsing leading up to this golf round, I think the Sun will be touching down in Chandler Arizona.

And my response was, “sorry I can’t go, my battery isn’t fully charged and I’m waiting for the latest patches to download to my high resolution gps screen!”

The crack of a well struck drive snapped me out of my deep contaplation. Once the foursome left to play their second shots I jumped up to the first tee box and looked for and found an aiming point for tomorrow, which, of course, was on the right side of the fairway. I thought about that spot all night.
